We offer a variety of Downtown outdoor event spaces that can accommodate large PR Events and Installations, though we of course always recommend our office building plazas since they offer Integrated Marketing platforms that advertise the event to thousands of on-site people at no additional cost, plus delivers thousands of additional brand impressions the week ahead of the event. We can secure other non-office, public and private spaces as well, serving as a general location scout in multiple markets.
We will help you determine which available spaces will best suit your event, based on things like who you want to reach (we can target office buildings by companies inside), your logistic requirements, or proximity to a retail location. We will also find locations that best fit your budget, noting that in many markets, office building plazas cost less than using a public space or private space that “actively sells” sponsorships.
