In addition to choosing venues based on our clients’ target audience, desired event format, and integrated marketing options, we only propose locations that meet the program’s logistical needs too – footprint size, indoor vs. outdoor, utility requirements, weight restrictions, etc.
Coordinating Events with Venues
We provide turn-key coordination with each contracted property or company, so that your team will simply arrive on event day to begin setting up, equipped with all of the logistic and contact information they need. This includes managing the insurance and contracting with each venue, as well as handling payment of venue access fees on your behalf.
For our Workplace Product Sample Delivery program, we will fully coordinate your product drop or delivery with each building and company, and ensure the samples, collateral and coupons are placed in the designated location.
Finally, we manage the placement & dissemination of the on-site Integrated Marketing opportunities you would like to take advantage of.
