To promote Toast TakeOut’s Chicago launch, we set them up with high-traffic office plazas to give their target audience – busy office professionals – a cool ice cream treat on warm summer afternoons. Tenants also received a generous discount off their first order, and as always, we provided ample pre-promotion that also contained the discount code and link to download the Toast App.
To help with planning and budget, Events At Work determined how many ice creams they should order based on how many people worked in each building, and the average percentage of tenants who’ve taken similar food items at past sampling events. Buildings can also assist us in this calculation, based on how much food they order for their own internal tenant events.
